Verbunk was created by people who have stood at venue gates an hour before doors, counting heads against a roster. We built the system we always needed: one live picture of whether the workforce is ready.
Where Verbunk comes from.
Live events forgive very little. A missing steward is not a line in a spreadsheet, it is a closed gate and a growing queue. Our team has planned and delivered workforce operations for major sporting events, ceremonies, festivals and venue programmes, and kept meeting the same problem: staffing lived in one set of tools, and the truth lived at the venue.
So we built the layer in between. Verbunk connects the plan to the floor: roles and shifts on one side, confirmations, briefings, check-ins and reserves on the other. It exists so that on show day, nobody has to guess.
