FAQ
Questions workers ask.
Who can create a profile?
Anyone with the legal right to work in the country where shifts take place. Individual staffing partners may have additional requirements for specific roles, such as age limits or certifications.
How do I set up a strong profile?
Complete every section: skills, languages, certifications, experience and availability. Profiles with clear, complete information are matched to more suitable shifts. Keep your availability up to date so offers reach you at the right time.
How do shift offers work?
When a role matches your profile and availability, you receive an offer with the key details. You accept or decline in the app. Accepting creates a confirmed assignment with all event information attached. Verbunk does not guarantee work. Shift access depends on the needs of participating staffing partners and event projects.
Where do I find event instructions?
Every confirmed assignment carries its own details: venue, meeting point, timings, dress code, documents and briefings. Important instructions ask for a read confirmation, so your team knows you are prepared.
How does check-in work on event day?
When check-in opens for your shift and you are authorised, you check in from your phone at the venue. Your supervisor sees you have arrived. If plans change, tell your coordinator through the app as early as possible so a reserve can step in.
How are my hours approved?
Your attendance is recorded during the event. After the event, your hours are reviewed and approved by the responsible coordinator. You keep a clear record of approved hours for every assignment. Payment terms are set by the staffing partner you work with.
Verbunk is a platform for managing event work. It does not promise or guarantee employment.
